We also run our rapidly growing website out of this premise, adding to the dynamic energy of our store. Store Manager (40 Hours)

We're on the lookout for a Store Manager to join the team at Head Over Heels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, inspiring and leading a team, and effectively managing store operations. You'll support staff development and ensure our loyal customer base continues to grow. Experience in e-commerce and problem-solving is a bonus, and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential. If you're a strong leader who can drive sales while maintaining a customer-first approach, we'd love to hear from you!

The role:
Reporting to the Store Owner you will be responsible for the day to day management of the store and sales team, along with involvement in product sourcing, brand and market research.

Experience in retail management is preferred, however we are open to passionate people looking to move to the retail industry with different backgrounds and experience.

• Support the training, recruitment, and development of staff

• Taking care of the day-to-day running of the store, including stock, administration duties, and assisting the online store

Part-Time Sales Assistant (10 - 15 Hours)

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic part-time sales assistant with a passion for customer service. Previous retail experience is preferred. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building a loyal client base, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations. We're looking for someone self-motivated, confident, and able to create meaningful connections with customers. Experience with Vend or Shopify is a plus. Availability to work Saturdays or Sundays is required, with flexibility during the week.
