Nestled on High Street in the vibrant heart of Christchurch’s CBD, Head over Heels is more than just a boutique shoe store. Store Manager (40 Hours) The role: Part-Time Sales Assistant (10 - 15 Hours) We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic part-time sales assistant with a passion for customer service. Previous retail experience is preferred. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building a loyal client base, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations. We're looking for someone self-motivated, confident, and able to create meaningful connections with customers. Experience with Vend or Shopify is a plus. We’re a small, close-knit team that thrives on creativity, individuality, and a shared love for fashion, design, and, of course, a good flat white. Reporting to the Store Owner you will be responsible for the day to day management of the store and sales team, along with involvement in product sourcing, brand and market research.
Experience in retail management is preferred, however we are open to passionate people looking to move to the retail industry with different backgrounds and experience.
